    The nest hub max was new , worked perfectly and was delivered within the time frame,e advertised. Royal Mail delivered to Argos for collection and their tracking app said it had been delivered there when it had not. The seller was great at communicating with me and put my mind at rest. Staff at Argos explained that was a common problem with Royal Mail. However, in the end it all went ok. I am delighted with the product which was an excellent price and matched the description perfectly.
