    Item marked dispatched pretty quickly but with no tracking. The day after estimated delivery date, I received another message saying it was sent, this time with tracking. It did take a while from ordering to get to me, but I didn't need it urgently and these things happen. That said, I'm more than happy with the frame itself, which is as you would expect at a low price point but more importantly, it goes very well with the print I wanted it for. I'd order again from this seller.

    I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seller and definitely use again!! Thank you for your excellent customer service !! The item was very well packaged and labeled as fragile yet Evri delivery managed to mishandle the package and damage the corner of the frame, I contacted the seller who immediately responded offering a refund or replacement. 110% professional response to resolve the issue!!!! .
