    As with other feedback tree was not the one pictured in the photographs. Arrived in a John Lewis box but was not ‘new’ as indicated. Possibly ex display but definitely used. Postage was not Royal Mail as stated but a cheap courier that took over a week to deliver. In short, false advertising.
