  Item arrived suspiciously fast, as if the seller hand-delivered it via teleportation. Wrapped like a national treasure—bit of tape, bit of mystery, all charm.   RM lost my connector in the post but the seller immediately offered to send a replacement and they communicated with me every day since I let them know that it hadn't arrived so as to out work what happened. I am waiting for the replacement and I'm sure it will be fine but in the mean time, I want to recommend this seller because they took full responsibility when the fault was with RM, didn't accuse me of trying to steal from them, and offered the replacement before I even had a chance to ask!!
