    Twice this case was ordered and both times the seller sent the incorrect case. He accepts returns but I specifically asked him to double check and ensure the correct thing is sent, as it’s a birthday gift, and yet again the wrong case was sent; see the attached photo, as it’s clearly not an iPad case with airplane kickstand and this was sent both times. Avoid this seller

    This company is very responsive to issues or problems. I am impressed! I received my screen protectors and one was broken. I sent a note to the seller and received an almost immediate response. They mailed a replacement immediately and I received it in a few days. But this one was broken, too. Again I sent a note and received the same fast response. They put another protector in the mail, and this one was perfect. Problems happen. But excellent customer service like this is rare. Thank you!

    Had a problem with delivery date asked for a refund and was refunded. It's been about a month and my purchase just arrived. I will order from them again because I don't think they had anything to do with late delivery they were super nice .
