    I’ll start with the shipping: the order was placed and paid for August 5 shipping label created August 6 but the item was never taken to get shipped out till September 10 showing from the tracking records then from September 10 it took 7 days to reach me. So I waited well over a month to receive which was on September 17. While waiting I sent out a text when they finally replied on the second text that it’s on the way. Maybe they just forgot to mail it off. Pro: item was just as described!
