What made matters much worse is that the seller tried it on with 'you will have to pay return postage'. I quoted ebay terms 'not as described' and they offered a 50% discount. Sadly, the plants look very sickly and may not make it. Only time will tell. I have had some nice plants from Carbeth, but on average its around 50/50 with bad plants. The excuses do not wash. Not the worst company, but miles from being the best.
