I have bought on many occasions and never a problem. I ordered 30 x Rods which duly arrived but were 2lb Test Curve not 2.5lb as advertised. Asked for response but no reply which is no way to treat a loyal customer. Your advert needs changing! As it happens, I can still use what was delivered but very disappointed at your lack of response

The item is as described but slight damage to the end of the handle. Annoyed with the response from Royal Mail, it was out for delivery with a delivery time but never arrived with an excuse of accessibility to the property, utter rubbish, they never attempted to deliver it, and then should have arrived the next working day according to there website but it didn't, and arrived 2 day's later and again not at the stated time but 4 Hours later than it should of, I myself never use Royal Mail.
