  I didn't get the item I ordered due to the vendor distributor's error but they were very communicative via email with me and offered immediate refund for item. I do find it strange that the vendor didn't want to resend the correct item but I'll be buying it from another vendor, albeit at an increased price. The item is from China and it took forever for it to be delivered to U.S. - not their fault!! So all in all - a good buying experience with refund.

  I’m sorry to inform you that I never received the items I ordered. It said it was delivered. It may very well have been delivered but not to me. It’s so funny that a person who makes his living at delivering items to people’s homes is unable to read a name, address or even a house number!? It’s just not that complicated. Now what!? I’m not gonna order them again just to have the same thing happen! I’m very disappointed in your delivery service people! Unacceptable!
