    Ordered Newcastle Home Shirt men’s Large as advertised on EBay photos of shirt clearly showing Sponsor on front. Nothing in description said actual shirt has “ no sponsor” . I cancelled the order when despatch note said “no sponsor” after 2 further emails they apologised and issued a refund. I have just received the shirt .. A women’s size10 Preston North End shirt! It’s incredible how this company can get so many things wrong . false advertising, pricing, despatch, order picking, no checks !

    Awful customer service. Just refunded order with no communication. Assuming the item clearly out of stock so sought clarification in addition to querying why they don't/won't combine shipping but no response. Even tried main Castore team and they (or their AI bot) told me that they couldn't help. Charging £11.96 for 4 small items plus cancelling orders without reason. Sorry don't like leaving negative comments but gave you every chance to help yourself.

    Ordered men’s marble Red performance Tee, item arrived and wrong item sent!! Colour was correct but Warrington FC was not. Sent 2 msgs to Castore asking for an explanation but no reply, I then mentioned I will give negative feedback because of this and eventually I had an apology, then I was informed the item I had ordered was no longer available, I have since looked before writing this and it’s available!!
