  Item was good as described, delivery was terrible. DPD said it word be delivered, then they changed their mind and eventually delivered it to the wrong address over 0.5 miles away. Seller ignored my delivery question emails.

  This was a multiple order but, initially, Caterbox sent out the wrong items. However customer service communication was superb (some of the best I have encountered); they couldn't do enough to immediately rectify the issue. The correct items were sent out without delay, and the incorrect ones collected equally efficiently. Based on the quality of both correct and incorrect items seen, I would happily recommend this seller / company to anyone and will be placing other orders with Caterbox.
