  I was offered a lower price and accepted completing the transaction with a credit card. Within and hour the amount was refunded and the transaction cancelled. The add is still up and it states that about eight are still available. If they were available why was the transaction rapidly refunded. Also, has no one heard of 'Media Mail" this takes the place of 'book rate' and seems to be half the (Ground Advantage) 3RD class rate being used here.
