    Replied to buyers one and only message within hours after after receiving and immediately upon finding. Buyer paid March 3rd his order shipped March 3rd. Just like all of our orders ship with in 0-1 business days. Although his order received another movement scan the very same day I offered to reship or refund. Buyer never responded to either offer, instead they left us a negative feedback.
