The item itself was undamaged in good condition due the factory packaging, however that packaging was bent as the box was too small. The box was damaged and had no packing material, it probably also didn’t help that the guy that delivered the box just threw it on the porch as seen on the Ring doorbell camera.

They were shipped in a small box which eventually broke open before arriving in my mailbox. They were shipped helicopter had its rear propeller extended out of the wrapping and was clearly visible through the torn packaging. All items wee in the box and undamaged.
