  Unfortunately I purchased the wrong sort of DRAM for my motherboard and it did not work. However, on contacting the supplier, their response was excellent. I have mailed the memory back to them and when it arrives, they will provide me with a refund and I will purchase from them the correct DRAM for the motherboard. A very good company to deal with!

  seller first asked if i bought the right ram. thats acceptable since its ECC. then he waited 3 days to respond and then tells me the product thats listed as in stock on his page is out of stock... now i have to wait a additional 4 days for a refund. if he even gives it at all...
