My only complaint which the shipper has no control over, is that the carrier left the package in the porch. The irony is that it was an email telling me that the package was delivered an hour before with a photo of the package in the porch! I assume that delivery drivers do not get signatures any more?!!! Anyway this has absolutely no bearing on the shipper whose service was first class. Thank you.

Unfortunately I was out when it was tried to be delivered so it was taken to the convenience store. They told me they didn't have it so got in touch with DWP who told me that it was left there. Went back and surprisingly it was there.
