Exactly as described. I would buy a LOT more from this seller, but the shipping costs are prohibitive and there is no combined shipping. Shame because this seller has exactly what I need (product and quantity) to finish several projects.

There is combined shipping, just not factored by eBay on special offers. I always combine and refund the over payment. Thank you.
