Bought as a Grade B return but besides the box being taped up this trampoline came in perfect brand new condition, even had 3 spare springs. Communication with the seller was excellent with fast response time regarding 2 missed deliveries. Still arrived within 3 days of dispatch. Took around an hour for 1 person to assemble, no problems at all. Would highly recommend this seller & I would definitely buy from again. Thanks very much
