A new delivery date for pick up of the damaged item & the replacement was agreed with me beforehand. Communication was very good throughout. Things happen however I would still recommend this company. Customer service is great. Item is sturdy & what I was looking for. Price is good too. Thank you.

It is well made, and well finished off. The item arrived flat packed and was easy to assemble, with clear instructions and good fixing screws. I have purchased eight of these now over the two sizes and have been equally pleased with each one, They are well packed so always arrive safely and in good condition. Excellent service, communication and delivery. I would recommend the seller and the planters for good value for money.
