Our Chef products with an acid content of 5-6% are specifically offered for the preparation of salads,chutney etc. Wide assortment: White wine vinegar and red wine vinegar are produced of carefully selected Hungarian wines, while cider vinegar is produced of cider, by biological fermentation. The special flavour of our tarragon vinegar is due to its tarragon content. Vinegar produced by biological fermentation is part of healthy nutrition. Chef vinegar produced of wine or fruit wine retains the biologically important constituents of fruits during fermentation, like amino acids, vitamin B, and micro-elements indispensable for human metabolism. Therefore, salads produced with such vinegars contribute to the preservation of one's health. White wine vinegar, read wine vinegar and cider vinegar preserve their quality for an indefinite period of time; the best before date of tarragon vinegar is 3 years. All members of the chef product group are produced by biological fermentation.
