I contacted them immediately after receiving money box and waited 48h for a response for them rectify the issue. However they didn't so requested a refund via Ebay, so sent back anyways they didn't release the fund deadline set by Ebay. So Ebay had to step in It was a present so had to buy else where whilst waiting for a refund
