This arrived today so well and carefully packaged. I cannot believe the quality of this plant. It is a really good size and so healthy. Lots of new shoots and leaves. Having purchased plants from two well known companies, one did not arrived at all and the other one died, I am so glad I found this seller. Excellent value and I would not hesitate to use in future. I ordered two of these plants, one as a present and one for myself, as I thought they were amazing value. I was emailed by the seller with a timeframe for shipping together with tracking details. The approximately foot-high plants arrived on time, in individual pots and well protected packages. Both plants are covered with leaves and very healthy. I couldn’t be more pleased, and would certainly recommend (and buy from) Chillys in the future.

Item not received despite Royal Mail tracking service. Seller, Rachel checked with Royal Mail and found no record of it being delivered so issued a refund. Excellent communication from the seller but can't comment on item sadly. First class seller, highly recommended and will probably use again in the future.

Despite some confusion on the Royal Mail tracking site, the winter beauty arrived within the expected time frame . It was very well packaged and is a beautiful sturdy plant and bigger than I was expecting.
