    A very good retailer. I ordered the wrong size by mistake so I cancelled the order on the same day. Unfortunately the cancellation missed reaching the retailer until two days later so was initially declined and sent for delivery. However a very helpful customer service lady called Marie sourced the currier and stopped delivery and gave me a full refund. This was way above and beyond my expectations and she is a credit to the company. Thankyou Marie and well done.

    I ordered the wrong size, returned the item. Filled in the performer, change of size.Emailed Chums I'd returned the item. Email from Chums, following statement “currently not able to do replacements or exchanges at the moment due to a new system. As soon as we get the parcel back, this will be processed by our warehouse and then forwarded to us to action the refund”. This has now been completed and I’ve had a refund from Chums. Brilliant Quality, Brand New, Great Value and Look Great.
