    I ordered this soap because on the list of ingredients it states that it contains just olive oil, donkey milk and water. However, when the soap arrived, it presented a vey strong smell of artificial perfume so clearly contains other chemical ingredients which are not mentioned in the list. I therefore returned the soap but had to ask eBay to step in because they didn't refund me within the given timeframe. I find their customer service terrible.

    The item never arrived. It's clearly been lost by Evri. I ordered on the 30th and now two weeks later, I haven't been refunded. After several messages and opening a request, the seller said they would get back to me in 24 hours. I think that was 3 days ago. This is very disappointing.
