We are committed to providing our customers with a high quality, cost effect solution to their power steering needs.

Our technical support team are on hand to offer help with fault codes etc. They are specialist in electric power steering and offer a level of support that will not be found in a company that sells general car parts.

Electric steering systems are fitted to almost all new cars and light commercial vehicles. They offer many advantages not least their contribution to fuel economy and driver assistance capabilities.

Our goal is to produce electric steering racks, electric steering pumps and electric steering columns of the highest quality whilst offering our customers competitive prices and an exceptional level of service and technical support.

Our research and development team work closely with our European partners, sharing information on programming, this allows us to make units available for the latest models.

Fantastic service - the replacement pump arrived within two days or ordering. It came with performance test results and a fault finding check list. I had a few questions about fitting the pump which I emailed - Andy from North Castle phoned me back straight away and gave some very useful tips about what I had asked. The replacement pump actually seems to work better than the one it replaced, so I am one very happy customer- 100% recommend North Castle

Communication from seller was very helpful sent them diagnostic cord which was showing fault and they was very helpful in getting back to me they sent me a list of of possible causes which I got checked by the local garage which may have caused fault car was checked and found every thing was sound so needed to purchase a refurbished steering rack these guys was very helpful and the streering rack arrived in 3 days .So had the replacement rack fitted and it as now been a week on the car
