  There are two types of fibre optic. I paid for the more expensive one. just over £28.00 and received the cheaper one which is priced just over £18 . I contacted the seller and they asked us to return it , at the cost of £3.70 which we paid . I have sent various messages to the seller and had no response. I’ve also tried ringing him and no answer. I would like a refund of my money plus the £3.70 postage.
