Flimsy baskets sent in thin plastic bags, no other packing, so arrived twisted and bent, one wrecked. Seller responded promptly. I settled for partial refund and will try to twist the one back into shape as too much hassle to return. Damage not down to the carrier, needed proper packaging/boxes on despatch.

Very pleased on the whole but a slight whinge because I ordered three of the tall stands and received two and one small one. When I contacted the seller I explained that I had ordered three tall stands because all my little guys are now elders. Very kind and concerned response from Vilin. But they sent me another small stand again 🤦♀️ ! I give up.
