    The product was delivered in the condition as promised. The packaging looked slightly worn but not more than expected for an item no longer in production and likely many years old. The price seemed reasonable for a discontinued item. There was a slight (2 days) delay in delivery but not an obstacle for us since the a/c unit was our upstairs unit. When it arrived I loaded the batteries and it fit perfectly into the existing base and started the a/c immediately. Overall we are pleased.

    The item in question was brand new in its original packaging, it was exactly what i expected and it was at a great price compared to other places trying to sell the motor. The shipping box arrived without damage along with the motor inside and it is working perfectly. the item that arrived appeared exactly as shown and described.

    NEVER RECEIVED the item. ZERO COMMUNICATION from this Seller. I messaged them twice and they never replied. Order on the Sept. 14th and had to get ebay involved to get my refund. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!! STAY AWAY from this seller and shop somewhere else.
