    The product was delivered in the condition as promised. The packaging looked slightly worn but not more than expected for an item no longer in production and likely many years old. The price seemed reasonable for a discontinued item. There was a slight (2 days) delay in delivery but not an obstacle for us since the a/c unit was our upstairs unit. When it arrived I loaded the batteries and it fit perfectly into the existing base and started the a/c immediately. Overall we are pleased.

    The item was packed with considerable attention to detail. It was wrapped in multiple layers of protection, ensuring that no movement occurred inside the packaging, which itself was double-walled and sealed with strong tape. It was a small package within a fortress—no chance of damage, no matter the journey. However, at no fault of the Seller, all edges of the labels on the flow indicator were beginning to curl; small strips of clear packing tape over the labels solved that little hiccup.
