    Contacted seller as late delivery then a card saying the parcel delivery had been held underpaid by £3 even though PO had fitted all the labels Two trips to town to collect parcel at 2 x £1.50 parking as despite PO website opening times they were closed first time. I contacted the seller who kindly refunded my costs and goods were all good as described and 'I DO NOT BLAME THE SELLER OVER UNDERPAYING POSTAGE '
