Item appeared to be in good condition when mailed, but unfortunately the VHS cartridge was destroyed during shipment by USPS, as they admitted. Additional packing material may have helped, but probably wouldn't have prevented all the very extensive damage. Seller was apologetic and a prompt refund was issued, so overall I was satisfied given the circumstances. I have seen this video and it is excellent!

How dare you!!!!! I responded to every email you sent and you kept blaming me for the post office shipping your item around the country, it was mailed out within 48 hours!!!! I can't help it took the post office a week to get you your item!!!! Nightmare to deal with!!! I love how after I left you positive feedback, you leave me negative!!
