I did have a small problem: the C cable was missing. I contacted the seller and received an immediate response apologizing for the missing cable and offering to send me a new one within 2 days. After usps returns my order back to the seller same day after one attempt, seller was very understanding and very helpful send the item back to me the day they received it using UPS!
