  Poster arrived but not as described online. A description about a three inch tear in the poster was not included. Having communicated with the seller, I decided to keep the poster but with an appropriate discount to the initial price.

When I received ur email, I advised that I would be happy refund the purchase price in full & I asked that you return the item in the original mailing tube, I printed a reply-paid label for you to use for the postage, which I did not send, as in the meantime, you offered to keep the item if I refunded $130.00 off the original price.
