  Wow , I'm mega happy with this splashback in my new kitchen. Great quality , the giraffes look fantastic and unique. Delivery dates were wrong but when I contacted seller they responded quickly. Item was well packaged & FedEx notified me of date and appropriate time of arrival . I definately would recommend buying one of these splashbacks from this seller.

  Would avoid these 100% First of all the item didn’t arrive till 3 weeks after the order date which is not explained anywhere in the listing, when it did arrive it arrived in inadequate cheap packaging and the glass was smashed and the order was incorrect to top it off. When contacting them you get 1 response every 24hrs I got told another 2 weeks to get a replacement and no response to if the order will be correct. Crazy! Full refund requested but elsewhere.

  Hi Sam, sincere apologies you are not happy we fully understand as it also is frustrating for us that orders get damaged in transit. However, we received the message from yourself 6pm yesterday are office times 9am-5pm. We then replied this early afternoon expressing our apologies and that we will put another into production for you. Your order was with you within the expected delivery time frame given by eBay which was two weeks not three. You then rang and asked for a refund which you have.

  Sadly, the wrong size was sent, 80cm instead of 100cm, which considering these are supposed to be to order seems odd. The item itself was high quality, the packaging only just adequate and delivery was slow taking nearly 3 weeks from order. Initial "dispatched" said RM then changed to APC last minute. Comms with seller ok but had to be refunded before being able to reorder so decided to pay more and source elsewhere with 3 day lead time instead of 2 weeks minimum.
