Parcel arrived & after some “careful”handling by Parcel Farce who decided to ignore the this way up sticker & leave it standing on its head at my back door I unpacked to find it very well packed indeed, finally after letting it sit for 3 days to settle it was turned on & everything seems to be working as described. I paid for the item 2 weeks ago but it has not been dispatched. Part of the sale price was express delivery with an estimated 5 days delivery time. This has since passed. Tried contacting the seller twice now but no response. The request to cancel the item failed and so I requested a refund but nothing has been heard back from the seller.
