  Listed as new condition. Received package and immediately knew it was used. Opened box and everything was loose inside. Thermal paste still all over top of unit. Major bending of metal sides, didn't even attempt to bend them back before sending it to me. Packages of parts in bags ripped open already. And rubber corner pads had dust and other gunk on them. Super disappointed as this was not a cheap price (even more than Amazon, which was out of stock at the time leading me to purchase here).

  Our apologies, incorrect item shipped. We offered the buyer a partial refund as the item was in good condition and very much usable still but buyer opted to return for full refund.
