  It's hard to find certain type instruments for ebike battery diagnostic tests. Stumbled across this vendor recently. Purchased two units with case, asked vendor if they could be sent express in like a week. Vendor said it usually takes 2-3 weeks to ship from China to America (Brooklyn, NYC). To my surprise, units arrived today - one week after purchase. Haven't tested units yet, but if this is any indication of their professionalism, I will definitely purchase from this vendor again.

  Yes it is what I ordered and in good condition....BUT the advertising is very deceptive...I believed I was ordering TWO sets of these, but received only ONE set - but TWO PIECES.... Similar advertising on Ebay also shows in the photo description TWO pieces as a set BUT when ordering its $9 PER PEICE. EBAY SHOULD BAN THIS TYPE OF DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING
