  This vendor used nice Canadian stamps on the shipment, but destroyed them by taping them to the package. In the philatelic community, this is extremely rude behavior. NOTE: The vendor asked, in an openly insulting message, that I modify this rating. On reflection, I think a neutral is better than a negative, but the comment is fair.

  I explained to you the reason the stamps were taped but it obviously fell on deaf ears. The stamps were not sticking properly and I didn't want them to fall off, potentially having the post office return the package for insufficient postage, so I taped them. I always thought it was more about the items purchased than the packaging. I must be wrong. I will let other sellers who might read this be the judge of the fairness of your comments. I think I know what their opinion will be.
