You have a safe place to leave your item that is INSIDE OF A DOOR & not outside of a door on a public footpath. 4. MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR DOOR NUMBER Even their postage terms & conditions DON'T state that & your item arrives & gets stolen they state you are liable for delivery because you never stated any of the above said.

Yes you are correct you were asked all these questions regarding delivery and you failed to mention any of them and that you lived in a block of flats. Telling us to leave at the the front door, which is exactly what the courier did.
