I just received my 3 figures and they are as promised: open box but pouch intact as they can see what the figure is by the Character card enclosed. All figures came undamaged and really quick.   I received my item as described. I checked the verification & it is a truly authentic quality. Appearance , it came in original packaging. Seller opened from the top not the bottom to verify, would prefer if they open from the bottom in case it’s a gift. Condition good though. The price is a little higher than what you can get at the store, but since they’re in high demand, I’m happy with my purchase here. The item is well-made & looks just like the pictures.
