  The green strap I purchased looked wider than the one sent I contacted the seller and did get a reply saying the warehouse had sent the incorrect item and a replacement would be sent out. I received a replacement but it was the wrong colour but correct width. I contacted the seller and sent photos of the incorrect colour item. I never had any reply the seller they decided to completely ignore me. So I had to get eBay to step in for a refund which I thought was silly. Sent both straps back.
