    Only 2 of the 3 boxes arrived, and it was a day late. No explanation from the courier company why it was late. Was told that the 3rd box was damaged so it was sent back. Not informed of a replacement date. Emailed the supplier 3 times, and no response. Good luck to anyone who buys from this company. I have 4 chairs and a table WITH NO TOP. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Hello, I am sorry that you felt this way, and I am truly sorry for the damaged parcel, this happens unfortunately, and as it was damaged in transit by the courier, this is no ones fault. I believe our customer service team replied to you within a very reasonable time. You emailed us on 4/09/24 and we replied to you the next day 5/09/24 first thing in the morning. We replaced the damaged parcel for you right away, and I am truly sorry that you still felt the need to leave us a negative feedback.

    The warehouse made an error and sent us three boxes each for a different bed, eventually after many photos and a lot of chasing the other two boxes arrived and I was able to assemble it. I must say the service was slow, and we have an autistic child that was on a sofa for over a week while this was sorted. Just glad it’s all sorted now
