  Advertising the wrong item, Bought it as they said it would fit. Completely the wrong bulb. Put in a return, but they wanted over £3.25 shipping back to them. Contacted them, Took over a week for them to reply, sent pictures as proof etc, but now no reply to my messages. Will NEVER buy from this company again. Avoid!! 1 star service

  Unfortunately customer has purchased the wrong bulb for his vehicle, we sent exactly what has been advertised in the listing picture and description and since it is not our fault return postage cannot be paid by us otherwise we will go bankrupt with the minimal margins we are working off on ebay...

  Unfortunately didn't come with correct adaptor for my BMW 5 series, so had to return them. Bit annoyed that return reason of 'doesn't fit' had me foot the return price cost of something not my fault. The listing said they were suitable for my car. However, it was an easy return process and refunded immediately.
