  WORST experience I've ever had. Awful communication, I was totally ignored. 1 week after purchase I queried when dispatch would be & 10 mins later it was marked as "dispatched". 11 days since purchase still not here & 0 tracking number or confirmation. Ebay had to step in & refund me as he ignored my request for item not received. As a seller myself I ensure to give benefit of the doubt to other sellers but on this occasion its impossible too. Communication isn't hard! TERRIBLE
