    Second time I’ve bought from this seller (second was a mistake, I didn’t realise). On both occasions, the item is marked as “posted” but nothing has arrived both times and the seller advised that the item is out of stock so I had to chase twice for a refund the first time. Second time, I predicted the outcome to the seller when it hadn’t arrived again and they refunded straight away. My guess is that they don’t have the items & are relying on people not chasing a refund with price being nominal

    Not true, we have a very high turnover of stock as we have sold hundreds of thousands of Nag Champa, perhaps this is an issue with your address?

    This seller is definitely a negative seller do not purchase from them they offer buy 3 get one free but refused to send my free one claiming that their site says you need to select 4 to get a free one I've sent them screenshots showing it doesn't say this and they refuse to communicate with me now PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE

    Sent wrong stone, when requested correct one, and a returns bag, they said they would send the correct one, waited and waited contacted seller who stated they had posted but it still didnt turn up, after contacting seller yet again, I was asked if I wanted the stone still or a refund, I replied I wanted the stone IF they actually had one if not a refund, no contact from them just refunded, soo frustrating now after waiting nearly a month, I have to purchase elsewhere
