The communication from C&M was great and their chosen delivery company was first class. It was a two man delivery and after placing in the required area they unpacked it and took away all packaging. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Communication was the best I have ever had when purchasing on line. They was in contact all the way.have a some glitch but they was on top of it straight away. packaging was excellent ,was a bit worried because the tv was so big.but did not have to worry it was look after in transit all the way.the lg tv excellent no problem as yet.i don't think there will be.will definitely buy of them again. prices excellent amazing. I can really recommend Crampton and Moore. Was a little nervous buying a fridge from eBay but this seller should be congratulated on the communication, arranging excellent delivery to us over 300 miles away & the quality of the product as well as the best price too!. The fridge was in perfect & brand new condition and looks fantastic in brushed stainless steel in our kitchen. Would definitely buy from this seller again!! Thank you.

This has been an excellent purchase of a new freezer. The negotiations regarding price were resolved quickly and smoothly. The courier arranged delivery date the following morning after purchase.
