  There was a delivery problem, which in all honesty i think was royal mails fault, and not the sellers fault. when i contacted the seller about the problem they quickly organised re- delivery of the item, so full marks from me for good service and sorting out a problem which wasnt their fault. as for the item itself, exactly as described, and well packaged.

  Very fast dispatch and postage, seller is 5 Star, ordered the 10 pack as cheapest on ebay but needed 12, and I was over the moon to get 2 free include, happy days :) Item was well packaged, each bracket wrapped in plastic within a box, the brackets are great quality and not cheap copy types. Will buy again from this 5 Star ebayer/seller :)

  I ordered a roll of insulation but received a flat square of insulation picture shows a roll 1.2 meters by 5 meters I contacted supplier and they replied saying I have the correct quantity with a price difference. Diffrece not a happy customer I would not buy again.
