After communicating with the seller, a refund was issued. In the end, the product arrived 1x days after the order. It turned out the delay was caused by Royal Mail. I contacted the seller again to pay them back, and they asked me to pay a discounted price. They are a responsible seller.

Did not show as posted, and on last check stated was delayed, then messages timed at same time to say will be delivered and had been delivered. Effectively useless information.

This seller is very good with their prices & fast service —- inks came in boxed set with pack of photo cards( but did not enclose the free return pack , no problem though to recycle the used ink ) very pleased with the product & service thank you.

They were in the original packaging with long expiry date, Feb 2027. Freepost envelopes were provided to recycle old printer cartridges, very professional. Would buy from this suppler again.
