  Truck was as described and delivered as stated. It is just what I wanted. Unfortunately the box it comes in is cardboard and has a clear plastic panel so you can see the truck and this was broken I assume when someone picked it up and handled it. It could have been the postman, it could have been me! The truck itself it fine and as it’s only the packaging it doesn’t bother me. It’s a present for a 5year old who will rip the packaging anyway!

  Unfortunately the seller had to cancel the order which was disappointing but I was kept informed all the way and had a speedy refund. I'm guessing the product sold out much quicker than anticipated so it wasn't their fault and I can't complain as kept up to date. Well done, fantastic customer service received thanks.
