  On the day that the parcel was due, instead of my order I got a notification that it had insufficient postage and I needed to pay a surcharge in order to receive my delivery. I paid and received the package, and when I weighed it, it was 150 grams above the maximum weight for the postage that had been paid (hence the surcharge). the items I had ordered were inside in excellent condition and are now formatted and in use.
