    What a terrible experience! Purchased a 'New' jug but arrived leaking and stained. Used - not new as per description. Sent it back and after 3 days there was no refund still. Asked Ebay to step in and help. I'd suggest you think twice before purchasing from this seller.

    We’re sorry the experience wasn’t as expected. The item was listed as new and left our hands in good condition, so we were surprised to hear it arrived leaking and stained. It’s possible it was damaged in transit, which is beyond our control. As for the refund, we processed it within eBay’s standard timeframe — delays can happen depending on the return process and verification steps. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, and we regret that this situation escalated.
